Overbey and Dunn thrives on a constantly changing, curated environment. The little gem on Christopher Street boasts antique and vintage products that evolve every few months based on the setting that a collaborator or the store creates. Past installations include a gentleman's boudoir, a summer beach cottage and a spring fling. In this sense, Overbey and Dunn is more like a stage, and at its helm is owner Thomas Dunn. We talked to Tom about his favorite things - and we also can't really get enough of the orange trench coat he's wearing...

I have a photograph of my grandfather in his flight uniform from World War II that sits on my dresser. Everyone says we would have loved each other; he passed away when I was a toddler. I’m sad I didn’t get to know him. He was the style icon of our family.
