SHIPPING POLICIES

Orders will require a signature for delivery.

All orders include shipping to a US address receive complimentary UPS Ground shipping at checkout - no coupon code required.  Charges for other expedited shipping methods can be calculated at checkout when you choose your method of shipping and enter your shipping address. Please note that all orders are shipped insured, and require a signature upon delivery. Please contact us if you require that your shipment be delivered without a signature. Please also note that we are not responsible for any FedEx or UPS shipping delays and that all orders are subject to inventory availability.

Shipping Restrictions : Please note that due to the fact that all shipments require a signature upon delivery, we are unable to ship packages to PO Boxes, UPS Stores or FedEx Retail Locations. 

Orders placed Monday-Thursday (except holidays) after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. All orders on in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 72 hours. Orders with expedited shipping must be placed before 12pm EST in order to guarantee same-day shipping. We are sometimes able to rush a shipment after the 12pm EST deadline, please contact us at 1-800-251-3141 for details.

Standard Delivery

If requested, your order will ship via UPS Ground. View UPS ground map below for the number of business days in transit after shipping.  Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 2-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 3:00pm (EST). Orders will require a signature for delivery. {Ground shipping is complimentary on all US orders}


Returns & Exchanges

Customers may return new items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Monica Rich Kosann will pay the return shipping costs for items received in error or items to be exchanged. Please note that customized, engraved and discounted items are not eligible for returns.

You can expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, and view the "My Account" section.  Click on the "My Orders" tab on the left, and find the order that you wish to return, clicking on the order number.  In the upper right-hand corner, please click the Return Item(s) button to initiate the return process.  Once the return has been authorized in our system (within 48 hours), you will receive an email confirming the return shipping addres, which is listed below for your convenience. If you checked out as a guest, please click here to process a return.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 

Return Shipments should be sent insured to the address below with a trackable method (such as UPS, FedEx or USPS).

Insurance is highly encouraged for return shipping items and we advise customers to use a shipping method where a tracking number is provided to you for reference.


International Orders

Canada : All orders shipping to a Canadian address will receive complimentary FedEx International shipping.  Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer once the package is received.

United Kingdom : All orders shipping to an address in the United Kingdom will receive complimentary FedEx International Priority shipping, with duties and taxes pre-paid.  VAT is the responsibility of the customer once the package is received.  

We welcome all of our international customers and we are able to ship to virtually any address in the world. All international orders are shipped via FedEx.

Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and certain items cannot be shipped to international destinations. In the case of international orders, the time of delivery depends on your country's custom and postal services. International customers are responsible for knowing and abiding by all import restrictions to their countries, and for paying an and all fees, taxes, or tariffs induced.***

***Please note that the following countries have prohibited imports of Jewelry from the USA.  Unfortunately, we can not ship any jewelry to these locations.
