How do I join?
Joining is easy! Just create an account on our site and you will have access to the MRK Rewards and benefits.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points for every time you shop with 1 point for $1 spent on qualifying items. You can also earn points by creating an account, signing up for our newsletter and receive an annual birthday reward by entering your birth date.
What items are excluded from earning points?
Sales tax, delivery fees, purchases of gift cards and private sale products.
When do I earn points for purchases?
You will receive your MRK Rewards Points 30 days after your order has been fullfilled.
When do my points expire?
Your points expire 1 year from when you received them.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
When your return is processed, if you used points to make the purchase, we will return your points used to you.
If you return an order that qualified you to earn points, any points you would have received after 30 days of order fulfillment, will not be rewarded.
Will my past purchases count towards my points or VIP Tier?
Orders placed from March 1, 2021 forward will count towards your MRK Rewards Benefits for one year before they expire. However, any order place prior to March 1, 2021, before MRK Rewards Loyalty Program started, does not count towards your MRK Rewards Benefits.
How do I enter a new VIP Tier and how long does my VIP Tier Status Last?
You enter a new VIP Tier 30 days after your qualifying order has been fullfilled. Once a Member enters a tier, a twelve month timer is activated. For example, a Member who crossed the tier entry threshold on March 3rd, 2021 will retain that tier until March 3rd, 2022. After that, the Member will be entered into the qualifying tier based on the points earned within the last twelve month period.
How many points can I redeem?
You can redeem points starting at 450, 600 and 800 for rewards merchandise through the rewards page or during checkout. You can redeem points towards your purchase in increments starting at 1000 points ($25) up to 50,000 points ($1250).

How can I redeem my Personal Double Point Day?

When will I receive my 500 points for my third purchase?
Starting 4/1/23, you will be rewarded 500 points on your third purchase. If you return the qualifying order, those 500 points will be removed from your account.
