50% of all proceeds from this locket were donated to The Ali Forney Center, an organization whose mission is to protect LGBTQ+ youths from the harms of homelessness and empower them with the tools needed to live independently.

"I have always admired the creative talent of The Putnam Flowers team. They have such an incredible sense of color. It’s not just the specific colors they choose for their arrangements, but rather the combinations they create. They are masterpieces and evoke emotional reactions upon first sight. It was so much fun collaborating on this locket with them. Color of course was first on everyone’s mind, along with whimsy and how to combine those colors!"

The inspiration behind the project
"My lockets have always been known to hold more than photographs. They hold stories. So it was natural to me that a locket should be a place where the secret inside, to be revealed by a woman at a time and place she chooses, could be any work of artistic wonder and magic. It was from this idea that The Art of the Locket was born. It is an event and a collaboration with a great artist, where the magnificence of their work can not only be on display, but can inspire the creation of a timeless piece of fine jewelry."
