Poesy rings date back as early as the 14thcentury. They were rings that bore poetic inscriptions of friendship, inspiration and love on the inside or out. Monica Rich Kosann is pleased to present the Poesy Ring Collection, maybe the first in centuries!

The Poesy Ring Collection was created as a necklace collection, with the intention that one or more of our Poesy Rings be worn on a necklace chain. Each necklace chain clasps at the neck, allowing you to easily add or remove rings to customize your own necklace with the rings you love best.
Each ring has a single “stock size” which varies by product and range from size 2 to size 6. Please note that some styles may be too small to be worn as rings on fingers, depending on your finger size.
Can I wear them as rings on my fingers instead?
Absolutely! If you prefer to wear these items as rings, we encourage you to do so! However, since the collection was designed with necklaces in mind, the selection of rings available in “finger sizes” is limited. We apologize for any inconvenience. Are the rings different sizes?
Yes, the items in the collection are a mix of ring sizes, ranging from a size 2 to a size 6. The ring size of each individual ring is listed in the product description of that particular item, as well as under “Product Specifications” on the product detail page. Measurements of each ring size can be found in our Product Sizing section.
Where can I select my ring size?
At this time, each ring is only available as a stock item in one size. For that reason, no size selection is necessary to complete an order. Information about custom sizes can be found below.
Can I change the inscription on the inside, or the stone type?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to customize the inscription inside of these rings, or the gemstones. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How do I create a necklace with 2 or more rings?
To create a necklace with multiple rings, we have a design your own poesy ring necklace builder in sterling silver and 18k gold. In 3 simple steps you'll soon have a necklace that will empower and inspire you. First, choose your rings. We suggest no more than 3 on a chain. If you want more, start a second necklace. Next, pick your chain. Add the bundle to your cart and complete your checkout. Would like to see your poesy necklace design on a model? How do I Custom Order a Ring Size?
Please explore our Poesy Ring Stackable collection for rings with stocked sizes 5, 6, 7, and 8.
Each ring in our Poesy Ring Necklace collection is available in sizes 5, 6, 7 or 8 as a custom order. Currently, sizes smaller than 5 and larger than 8 are not available. We are unable to do half sizes.
Delivery time for custom Poesy Ring orders is 8 weeks and items are not eligible for returns.
